2024 Isuzu D-Max V-Cross launched at Rs 21.2 lakh: Here’s what’s new

Isuzu Motors India today launched the 2024 Isuzu D-Max V-Cross. The pick-up receives a few cosmetic changes along with additional safety features with prices starting from Rs 21.2 lakh (ex-showroom). Interested customers can book the pick-up online or by visiting their nearest dealership and the deliveries are slated to begin soon.
In terms of pricing, the D-Max V-Cross Hi-lander costs Rs 21.2 lakh, D-Max V-Cross 2 WD AT Z costs 25.8 lakh and 4WD MT Z costs 25.52 lakh, top-of-the-line 4 WD Z Prestige MT costs 26.92 lakh and AT costs 30.96 lakh (all prices ex-showroom).

V-Cross

The 2024 model has received a few cosmetic upgrades such as a front bumper guard, engine hood garnish, new grille, and blacked-out wheels. It also gets a dark grey finish for elements such as the fender lip, front and rear wheel arches, fog lights, rear bumper, roof rails, and ORVMs. The design of the 18-inch alloy wheels remains the same but it’s now finished in a matte black shade.

Isuzu V-Cross

All manual transmission variants now get traction control, hill hold and hill descent control, and electronic stability control (ESC) as standard. The pickup now also gets three-point seatbelts for all seats along with a load sensor, and seat belt reminder for all seats as well. The dashboard layout remains the same and a few notable features include a 9.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system Apple CarPlay/ Android Auto, idle start-stop system, reverse parking camera, shift-on-fly 4WD system six airbags and more.

Talking about the powertrain, the V-Cross is powered by a 1.9-litre, turbocharged, four-cylinder diesel engine which puts out 163bhp of power and 360Nm of torque. Gearbox options include a six-speed manual or a six-speed torque converter automatic. The V-Cross can be had with 2WD and 4WD options and now 6-speed manual transmission is also available with the top-spec Z Prestige variant.
